All orders placed on Sway Life are processed and dispatched within 24 hours from the time of purchase, Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We ship our products across all locations in India. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: Typically, delivery takes between 3-4 business days depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available in select areas, with delivery within 1-3 business days.
Delivery times are estimated, and delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders within India, regardless of the order amount.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's status in real-time on our Track Your Order page.
